Below-knee to mid-calf length vintage cocktail dress has a closely fitted black and brown floral brocade bodice, a sweetheart neckline and a flared copper satin skirt pleated into the waistline. I have added the black velvet sash which ties at the side of the waist. Closes with a metal zip in the side. No labels, it's a custom made dress - Late 1950s or early 1960s.

Condition

Fairly good. I have stitched on the black velvet sash to cover some holes at the waist and some stitch holes where alterations were undone. Some marks on the skirt as shown, most of these are hidden by the pleats. A tiny hole on the hemline.
